ACC Document Controller

Job Description

Our client is a rapidly growing data centre developer and operator, currently seeking an ACC Document Controller to support the delivery of a major London-based project.

With significant financial backing (£1.5Bn+) and a leadership team drawn from senior roles across construction and digital infrastructure, the business is scaling quickly and securing large hyperscale and enterprise customers across the UK and Europe.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced ACC Document Controller to support the delivery of a major London-based data centre construction project.

This is a site-based position, embedded within the project delivery team, responsible for managing and controlling all construction documentation across the full build lifecycle.

The successful candidate must be confident working with limited direction, capable of taking initiative, and comfortable operating within a fast-moving, growth-stage organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all project documentation using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
• Control drawing registers, revisions and distribution across contractors and consultants
• Administer RFIs, submittals and workflow approvals
• Coordinate documentation across CSA and MEP packages
• Maintain accurate audit trails and ensure compliance with QA processes
• Produce trackers and reporting documentation using Excel (essential)
• Support the wider project team with document governance and control processes

Essential Experience

• Proven site-based construction experience
• Strong document control background on live construction projects
• Advanced Excel capability
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, organised and solutions-oriented approach

Highly Advantageous

• Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
• Experience working for a Tier-1 Main Contractor
