The Role
We’re seeking a driven Account Executive who excels at building relationships, solving customer challenges, and closing high-value, consultative sales. You’ll manage the entire sales process—from first contact to signed contract—working closely with technical and project teams to deliver exceptional results. This is an in-house position. Candidate must be able to commute to our corporate office in Lake Forest, CA.

Compensation: $70K + base + uncapped commission & bonus
OTE: $95,000–$110,000+

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify client needs and develop tailored tank system proposals.

  • Lead discovery calls, site visits, and presentations.

  • Manage long sales cycles and coordinate with internal teams.

  • Build trust with engineers, contractors, and procurement teams.

  • Negotiate terms and pricing with management support.

  • Maintain accurate CRM pipeline and sales forecasts.

  • Attend trade shows and industry events to generate leads.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of B2B sales experience (construction, manufacturing, or infrastructure ).

  • Proven success in consultative or technical sales.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.

  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar).

  • Knowledge of tank systems, water/wastewater, or municipal procurement a plus.

  • Willingness to travel 20–40%.
