Account Executive – Scottsdale, Arizona
We are looking for a driven and relationship-oriented Account Executive to join our team in Scottsdale, Arizona. This is a full-time, in-person role where you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, guiding prospects through the OMNIUX sales process, and developing long-term relationships with clients after they join the OMNIUX ecosystem.
In this role, you will represent OMNIUX’s integrated consulting capabilities across marketing, technology, and financial strategy. You will lead discovery conversations, present tailored service solutions, and convert prospects into long-term OMNIUX clients.
Account Executives play a critical role in the company’s growth by driving new revenue while ensuring that clients receive solutions aligned with their business objectives. After a deal is closed, the Account Executive continues to serve as the primary relationship manager, maintaining strong communication and supporting client renewals.
This position requires a highly motivated individual who is comfortable engaging with business owners, executives, and decision makers across multiple industries.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct discovery conversations with prospective clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and opportunities
• Present OMNIUX services and consulting solutions to potential clients
• Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, discovery, proposal presentation, negotiation, and closing
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships after contracts are signed
• Facilitate contract renewals and continued engagement with OMNIUX services
• Participate in business development efforts including outreach, prospecting, and follow-up communications with potential clients
• Maintain accurate documentation of all sales activity within the CRM system
• Collaborate with the internal sales leadership team to structure proposals and ensure proper service scoping
• Represent OMNIUX professionally within the Arizona business community
• Contribute to the continued growth of the OMNIUX sales pipeline through relationship building and consistent outreach
Sales Participation and Expectations:
Account Executives are expected to actively contribute to the development and health of the OMNIUX sales pipeline through ongoing participation in sales and relationship-building activities. This includes engaging in outreach to prospective clients, conducting discovery meetings, presenting proposals, and managing the progression of opportunities through the sales process.
This role also involves participation in local professional communities and networking environments where meaningful business relationships can be established. Account Executives are expected to represent OMNIUX in a professional capacity within these environments and cultivate connections that may lead to future client engagements.
Account Executives will work closely with sales leadership and internal teams to ensure that proposals are aligned with OMNIUX’s service capabilities and that client solutions are structured to deliver measurable results. Additionally, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM is essential to ensure transparency, continuity, and operational visibility across the organization.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
• Experience managing a full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to present solutions to business owners and decision makers
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain accurate CRM documentation of all client interactions
• Self-motivated with the ability to operate in a performance-driven environment
Bonus Experience:
• Experience selling marketing, consulting, or technology services
• Existing relationships within the Arizona business community
• Experience attending networking events, chambers of commerce, or professional associations
• Familiarity with CRM systems and structured sales pipelines
Compensation:
• $50,000 base salary
• Commission on closed deals, typically ranging from 10–15% depending on the level of client engagement and contribution to the sales process
• Monthly spending allowance to support business development activities and personal wellness
