Outside Sales | Critical Power Services

We help organizations keep their backup power systems, including generators, transfer switches, fire pump engines, and more, ready when it matters most. Our clients include hospitals, manufacturers, data centers, and public safety organizations across the Midwest and beyond.

As a LionHeart Account Executive, you will grow our presence in the Greater Rockford and Greater Madison territories by building relationships, identifying opportunities, and helping new clients partner with LionHeart.

A Day in the Life

Your day might start from your home office reviewing your Salesforce pipeline and sending follow-ups to prospects. Soon after, you are on the road visiting facilities, learning how their operations depend on backup power, and introducing LionHeart’s preventative maintenance and service solutions.

Along the way, you are connecting with new prospects, attending industry events, creating proposals, and collaborating with technicians and teammates to make sure every client gets the best solution possible.

At LionHeart, sales is about building trust, solving problems, and turning prospects into long-term partners.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and reach out to prospective clients

  • Attend industry events and build relationships

  • Visit facilities to understand client needs

  • Create proposals and convert prospects into clients

  • Maintain leads and opportunities in Salesforce

  • Collaborate with the LionHeart team to deliver excellent client care

Experience, Education & Skills

  • Previous outside sales experience and/or Bachelor’s degree required

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Comfortable with CRM systems and technology

  • Self-directed and motivated

  • Valid driver’s license required
