Are you an experienced Hard Services Manager or Account Manager looking to take ownership of a high-profile critical environment?\n \n We're recruiting for an Account Manager to lead the delivery of a prestigious 24/7 site in MediaCity, Salford. Managing a team of 26 engineers and fabric staff, you'll be responsible for operational performance, compliance, client relationships, and the ongoing success of a complex, business-critical contract.\n \n This is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading facilities management provider, working on a flagship account with significant responsibility, strong client exposure, and excellent long-term career prospects.\n \n The Role \n  \n As Account Manager, you will:\n \nLead all hard services operations across M&E and fabric maintenance activities. \nManage contract performance, ensuring all KPIs, SLAs, and compliance standards are achieved.

\nAct as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, building strong client relationships. \nOversee critical infrastructure and ensure operational resilience across the site. \nLead, develop, and motivate a well-established onsite team while driving continuous improvement.

You \n  \n To be successful in this Account Manager role, you'll bring:\n \nExperience managing hard FM contracts within critical environments, data centres, or complex commercial facilities. \nStrong knowledge of compliance, health & safety, permit systems, and operational governance. \nProven leadership experience managing large engineering or facilities teams.

\nExcellent client-facing skills with the ability to build long-term stakeholder relationships. \nA customer-focused approach with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities. What's in it for you?
