We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to fuel our growth by generating qualified leads, building relationships, and supporting the success of our expanding technology sales team.

Key Responsibilities
-
Identify and prospect new business opportunities through targeted outreach, research, cold calling, and networking.

Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

Understand and communicate ATS’s full portfolio of technology products, services, and solutions.

Maintain awareness of industry trends, competitors, and customer challenges to position ATS effectively.

Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools (e.g., ConnectWise).

Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to align go-to-market strategies.
-
Represent ATS at industry events, webinars, and conferences to expand visibility and generate leads.

Consistently meet or exceed KPIs for pipeline and revenue contribution.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree required.
-
3+ years of experience in IT business development, sales, or account management (preferably in commercial or SLED markets).

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proven ability to build relationships and close qualified opportunities.

Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., ConnectWise) and pipeline management.

Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, or cold outreach platforms a plus.

Self-starter with a proactive mindset, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Experience selling IT infrastructure, SaaS, cloud services, or cybersecurity solutions.

Technical aptitude to explain complex IT solutions in simple terms.

Experience in solution-based or consultative selling.
