We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to fuel our growth by generating qualified leads, building relationships, and supporting the success of our expanding technology sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities through targeted outreach, research, cold calling, and networking.

  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

  • Understand and communicate ATS’s full portfolio of technology products, services, and solutions.

  • Maintain awareness of industry trends, competitors, and customer challenges to position ATS effectively.

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools (e.g., ConnectWise).

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to align go-to-market strategies.

  • Represent ATS at industry events, webinars, and conferences to expand visibility and generate leads.

  • Consistently meet or exceed KPIs for pipeline and revenue contribution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • 3+ years of experience in IT business development, sales, or account management (preferably in commercial or SLED markets).

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Proven ability to build relationships and close qualified opportunities.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., ConnectWise) and pipeline management.

  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, or cold outreach platforms a plus.

  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Skills

  • Experience selling IT infrastructure, SaaS, cloud services, or cybersecurity solutions.

  • Technical aptitude to explain complex IT solutions in simple terms.

  • Experience in solution-based or consultative selling.

  • Track record of exceeding sales or pipeline targets.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
