What You'll Do:

Own the Accounts Payable Process
\n
Manage the full lifecycle of vendor invoices and payments while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong vendor relationships.
\n
Support Customer Invoicing
\n
Partner with Operations and Customer Success teams to help ensure customer invoices are accurate, timely, and complete.
\n
Contribute to Financial Close
\n
Assist with monthly and year-end close activities, journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and general accounting projects.
\n
\n
Make an Impact
\n
Help strengthen financial controls, improve processes, and contribute to special projects that drive business success.

Who You Are
\n
You bring both precision and curiosity.
\n
- \n
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
- 2-5 years of accounting experience
- Strong Accounts Payable background
- Experience with ERP or accounting systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of GAAP and general ledger accounting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities
- Manufacturing or distribution industry experience is a plus
