  • Provide general administrative support to the VP, Operations NAM.
  • Support the coordination of events, sourcing venues, creating and collating materials, and following up on actions.
  • Assist with the preparation and maintenance of reports, spreadsheets, and presentations, particularly during the budget and forecasting processes.
  • Support budget process, monthly cost reporting, and other financial aspects of NAM Operations
  • Partner closely with accounting and site administrators to collect, verify, and consolidate data for operational and financial reports.
  • Help manage and track recurring deliverables across teams to ensure timely completion of internal and external obligations.
  • Maintain organized records and filing systems (electronic and physical) to support operational efficiency.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
  • Provide occasional administrative assistance to other members of the Operations leadership team as directed by the VP or EA to COO.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative role
  • Accounting and/or Bookkeeping experience 
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at one time and work in a high-volume, fast-paced transaction-oriented environment 
  • Growth-oriented mindset, desire to learn and share knowledge to help others succeed 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel skills  

Skills

  • Associates Degree or higher (ideally in accounting or business)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint, One-drive and Teams
  • Highly organized
