The Opportunity

This is not a background role. You will work directly alongside senior leadership, supporting the operations of a company that deploys elite talent into the most demanding environments in the country. The work is fast, the standard is high, and the opportunity for the right person is significant.

What You'll Do

  • Handle outbound calls with professionalism and purpose
  • Manage candidate and client scheduling with precision
  • Maintain operational data and keep systems organized
  • Support daily execution and keep the operation moving forward

Compensation & Schedule

$38,000–$46,000 annually + performance bonuses. Phoenix, AZ — Hybrid.
