Agentic AI Specialist / AI Agent Builder

£700–£900 p/day (Outside IR35) - DOE

London | Hybrid (3 days)

We’re partnering with a leading London fintech at the heart of the UK’s insurance & reinsurance market powering the digital infrastructure behind electronic trading and placement.

They’re now leaning hard into Agentic AI…and need someone who can turn ambition into reality.

What They Need

• A hands-on builder.
• Not theory. Not slides.
• Someone who can actually design, build and deploy AI agents while helping the wider business understand where they’ll have the biggest impact.

⚡ What You’ll Be Doing

Building and deploying AI agents in real-world scenarios

Spotting high-impact use cases across the business

Partnering with BAs to embed agentic thinking into workflows

⚙️ Streamlining Agile processes using AI-driven approaches

Upskilling teams and driving knowledge transfer

Acting as the internal voice of what’s possible with Agentic AI
