Required Skills: Understanding and desire to learn the Client financial processes and methodologies

• Experience with Jira business tool. Solid understanding of MS Office, specifically Excel

• Ability to analyze complex data and present back to management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively to all levels of business and IT management

• Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating integrity in all actions.

• Business Process Support and Jira

Nice to have skills: Knowledge of Procurement, Client Purchasing, Project Management. Familiarity with Data Center layouts and procedures for building access

• Knowledge of Storage fiber infrastructure which includes fiber optic connections, planning, and working with Cisco MDS switches.

• Familiarization with vendor connection needs and proficiency for connecting power. Coordination of installation of new storage devices and decommission and uninstall of end-of-lease storage arrays.
