Role:

A growing manufacturer is hiring two Applications / Sales Engineers—one supporting data centers, the other automotive and transportation.
\n
\n
This opportunity is built for someone whose strength sits at the intersection of technical problem-solving and sales. Someone who can walk into a customer meeting, understand the application, and help develop a solution that earns the business.

The experience that matters

- You’ve helped grow revenue through technical, customer-facing work in wire and cable, electrical products, electronics, interconnects, or a related industry.
- You can speak confidently about drawings, components, and manufacturing requirements—and connect those details to the customer’s business needs.
\n

\n
You’ll need:
\n
- \n
- A bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and 3+ years of relevant experience.
- A combination of hands-on technical knowledge and demonstrated sales success.
- Experience with ISO 9001 and familiarity with IPC/WHMA-A-620C.
- Strong customer communication and problem-solving skills.
- Wire harness technology experience is especially valuable. Experience in either target market and knowledge of IATF 16949 are additional advantages.

Location & travel:
\n
Based in the Cleveland, OH area, with office attendance when not traveling. Travel is approximately 30–40% throughout the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
