Your expertise will help ensure smooth application operations, all while enhancing communication with our Data Centre and Help Desk staff. Join us in delivering exceptional service to our Business Clients!\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues with Applications, diving deep into Windows Servers and Databases (SQL Server or Oracle).\nCollaborate with technical support, network, and infrastructure teams to tackle application challenges.\nProvide out-of-hours support as part of the production support team.\nParticipate in design workshops, contributing ideas to achieve stable application operations.\nDevelop scripts for data analysis and ensure adherence to Change Management Control procedures.What You Bring:\n\nEssential Skills:- Strong understanding of Windows environments and Database Engines.\n - Excellent problem-solving abilities and a quality-oriented mindset.\n - Proficiency in application development with C#, .Net, ASP.NET, and Windows Applications.\n - Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and T-SQL, along with hands-on expertise in Oracle Database.\n\nDesirable Skills:- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and CI/Automation tools.\n - Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) and Metastorm.\n\nYour Qualities:\n\nExceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nStrong analytical skills to provide constructive feedback on designs and code.\nA knack for time management, ensuring timely delivery of tasks.Why Join Us?\n\nBe part of a collaborative and innovative team.\nContribute to critical projects that enhance operational efficiency.\nEnjoy a dynamic working environment with opportunities for professional growth.Circumstances:\n\nFlexibility for early morning or late-night shifts, with occasional weekend and bank holiday work.Ready to Elevate Your Career?\n If you are a driven individual looking for an exciting opportunity in Application Support, we want to hear from you!
