Job Summary:
Enterprise Electrical is seeking skilled and motivated Electricians of all levels — Apprentice electricians and Crew Support — to support a mission-critical Data Center project in San Antonio, TX. Candidates must have prior proven data center project experience and demonstrate a commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork. Open Roles Compensation Structure:
Entry-level Apprentice (Crew Support): $15 – $20 per hour
Apprentice 1 (requires over 1 year of verified experience): $22 – $25 per hour
Apprentice 2 (requires over 2 years of verified experience): $26 – $29 per hour

Incentives and Project Perks:
Daily Per Diem: $120 (Paid daily, 7 days a week)
Retention Bonus: An additional $5.00 per hour - paid as a retention bonus for this project
(All overtime is calculated strictly from your base hourly rate, as required by wage and hour guidelines. The retention bonus will still be paid for all hours worked, but it does not multiply during overtime.)
Standard Schedule: 6/10s
Overtime: Available
Project Duration: 1 year+ with additional steady work

Requirements
An active electrical trade license is required to work.
A valid driver’s license or identification is necessary.
Reliable transportation is a must.
Experience in a commercial or industrial electrical setting for 1–3 years is essential, with a preference for those familiar with data centers or mission-critical environments.
A basic understanding of electrical systems, tools, materials, and safety practices is required.
Capability to read and interpret instructions, diagrams, and construction documents under supervision is expected.
A commitment to learning and adhering to NEC codes, OSHA standards, and Enterprise Electrical safety protocols is essential.
A strong work ethic, punctuality, and a readiness to travel and work full-time on-site are important.
Physical capabilities, including lifting, bending, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces, are required.
A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation are necessary.
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team in a mission-critical environment are essential qualities.

Qualifications
Previous experience in Mission Critical Data Center projects (including hyperscale, colocation, or critical infrastructure environments).
Active OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
CPR and First Aid certification.
Experience working with UPS systems, generators, switchgear, and grounding systems.
Ability to use basic hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment effectively.
Familiarity with Procore, PlanGrid, or comparable project management software.
Completion of journeyman license coursework or a substantial number of hours towards achieving journeyman status.
