We are seeking a talented and technically driven ARB Registered Architect to join our growing team, delivering large-scale, technically complex projects across the UK and internationally.
While experience in data centres is highly desirable, we are particularly interested in architects with a strong background in large-scale residential who are looking to transition into the mission-critical sector. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your technical delivery and coordination skills to one of the fastest-growing areas of architecture.
You'll work on high-value projects from concept through construction, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver resilient, efficient and sustainable buildings.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver projects across all RIBA Work Stages, with particular strength in Stages 3-4 (Spatial & Technical Design).
Produce and coordinate high-quality technical design and construction information.
Develop and manage Revit models in accordance with BIM standards.
Coordinate architectural packages with structural, MEP and specialist consultants.
Attend client, consultant and contractor meetings.
Support planning submissions, technical design reviews and construction-stage delivery.
Respond to RFIs and technical queries during construction.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, BIM-led environment.
Ensure projects are delivered to programme, budget and quality expectations.
About You
Essential
ARB Registered Architect.
Proven experience delivering large-scale residential developments, such as apartment schemes, mixed-use developments or build-to-rent projects.
Strong experience through RIBA Stages 3-4, with exposure to later stages.
Ideally experience across all RIBA Work Stages (0-7).
Excellent technical detailing and construction knowledge.
Highly proficient in Revit and confident working within a BIM environment.
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams.
Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction methods.
Excellent communication and organisational skills
