Architect Job in Holborn, London\n\nArchitect job available in Holborn with a delivery-focused practice working across residential, mixed-use, commercial and large-scale data centre projects. A fantastic opportunity to grow your career with hybrid working, CPD support and clear progression opportunities.\n\nThis London-based studio mainly works on projects across the UK and Ireland, but also benefits from a wider network that spans across Europe and Dubai. The team is known for delivering technically robust projects across residential, student accommodation, commercial, retail, hospitality and data centres.
While this job is aimed at newly qualified architects, the practice is also open to applications from strong Part 2 assistants who can demonstrate at least 2 years of practical experience. Based in central Holborn, the studio offers a collaborative environment where ambitious individuals are encouraged to develop their skills, take ownership and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.\n\nRoles & Responsibilities\n\nSupport senior architects across all RIBA stages of design and delivery\nAssist with producing planning and construction drawings using Revit\nContribute to the preparation of presentation material using Adobe Creative Suite\nWork collaboratively with colleagues on large-scale and complex projects\nSupport in design and technical discussions within the London studio\nAssist in ensuring design and delivery standards are met across projects\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\n\nARB registered newly qualified architect, or Part 2 with a minimum of 2 years' experience in practice\nProficiency in Revit/BIM\nStrong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)\nFluency in written and spoken English\nLegal right to work in the UK\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to evaluate multiple design solutions\nExperience or interest in data centre projects advantageous\n\nWhat you get back\n\nSalary £37,000 - £45,000 depending on experience\nHybrid working model\nClear career progression opportunities\n25 days annual leave\nStructured CPD programme and ongoing professional development\n\nApply\n\nIf you meet the criteria above, send us your CV and portfolio.
