Qualified Architect - (Data Centre / Commercial Projects)\n\nLocation: London, UK\nSalary: 50-60K DOE\n\nAbout the Role:\nA leading international architectural practice is seeking a Qualified Architect to join their London studio. The successful candidate will work on major data centre and high-tech commercial projects across Europe, contributing to all stages of design and technical delivery.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * \n\n Work independently across all RIBA stages with minimal supervision.\n\n * \n\n Develop concept designs and present proposals to clients and local planning authorities.\n\n * \n\n Lead technical design development, ensuring compliance with UK building regulations and planning policy.\n\n * \n\n Prepare comprehensive tender and construction documentation.\n\n * \n\n Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, planning officers, and building control.\n\n * \n\n Produce high-quality presentation materials for planning and client submissions.\n\n * \n\n Identify and resolve design and technical challenges throughout project delivery.\n\n * \n\n Maintain design quality, technical accuracy, and timely delivery in line with project budgets.\n\nCandidate Profile:\n\n * \n\n ARB-registered Architect (or equivalent).\n\n * \n\n Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience.\n\n * \n\n Experience delivering large-scale data centre or high-tech commercial projects.\n\n * \n\n Strong design sensibility with excellent coordination and client liaison skills.\n\n * \n\n Proficient in Revit.\n\n * \n\n In-depth knowledge of UK planning and building regulations.\n\n * \n\n Fluent in English (knowledge of French is an advantage).\n\nWhy Apply?\n\n * \n\n Work within a dynamic, international environment across multiple European studios.\n\n * \n\n Collaborate on high-profile projects with technical and design-led ambition.\n\n * \n\n Opportunities for career growth and development.\n\n * \n\n Benefits include hybrid working, private medical insurance, cycle to work scheme, enhanced pension, and 25 days annual leave.\n\nApplication:\nInterested candidates please forward up to date cv and portfolio
