Architects & BIM Professionals — Multiple Opportunities

London (Central, North West, South East, East & West London) | £45,000 – £75,000 (DOE)

Permanent | Studio-Based Roles

About the Opportunities

I’m currently working with a range of well-regarded architecture practices across London who are actively hiring across multiple levels due to strong project pipelines.

These opportunities are ideal for candidates who may be open to a move, exploring the market, or looking to step up, specialise, or transition into a new sector.

The roles span a variety of sectors including residential, commercial, healthcare, data centres, mixed-use and high-end private residential, offering exposure to both design-led and technically focused environments.

Current Opportunities

  • BIM Coordinator (Lead) – Central London | £48–56k | Lead BIM coordination, Revit expert, main point of contact across projects
  • Architect (5+ years PQE) – North West London | Design + delivery all-rounder across varied sectors
  • Architect or Technologist (Residential) – South East London | £45–52k | UK residential experience with strong Revit skills
  • Architect (Healthcare) – Central London | £45–55k | Healthcare project experience
  • Architect (Data Centres) – Central London | £45–60k | Data centre experience beneficial, strong technical delivery
  • Architect (Stage +4 Focus) – East London | £45–55k | Technical delivery across residential/commercial projects
  • Project Architect – Central London | £50–55k |Residential / student housing experience, leading projects end-to-end
  • Senior Architect / Associate – West London | £55–65k | High-end residential, client-facing and team leadership
  • Technical Lead – West London | +10 years experience | £60–75k | Lead technical delivery, strong Revit and coordination skills in High-Rise Multi-Residential schemes

Key Requirements (Across Roles)

  • UK project experience across relevant sectors
  • Strong proficiency in Revit (essential for most roles)
  • Solid understanding of RIBA stages (particularly 3–4 for technical roles)
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within design teams
