Our client is looking to appoint a motivated and detail-oriented Architectural Technician to support their growing Data Centre team.\n\nKey Responsibilities for this Architectural Technician role:\n\nSupport the technical delivery of Data Centre-focused projects\nAssist in the preparation of detailed planning application submissions\nProduce high-quality technical drawings, layouts, and visuals to clearly convey design intent\nCollaborate with architects, engineers, and planning consultants to ensure timely project delivery\nContribute to technical detailing and construction documentation\nWork closely with the practice’s Technical Director to maintain quality and complianceKey Requirements for this Architectural Technician role:\n\nProficient in Revit\nExperience with commercial and/or industrial projects, ideally including Data Centres\nStrong understanding of construction methods, building regulations, and technical detailing\nExperience preparing planning applications and technical documentation\nAbility to work effectively in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team environment\nKeen attention to detail and a problem-solving mindsetTo express interest, please send your CV to Harley at (url removed) or contact him on 0 for more information
