\nRole & Responsibilities\n

  • Work on data centre and commercial projects with a strong focus on BIM and technical coordination
  • \n

  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless project delivery
  • \n

  • Produce detailed technical drawings and documentation using Revit and other BIM tools
  • \n

  • Manage project teams and liaise with a wide range of stakeholders
  • \n

  • Assist with project management tasks to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
  • \n

  • Opportunities for international travel for those interested

\nRequired Skills & Experience\n

    \n
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience across relevant sectors, ideally across all project stages
  • \n

  • Strong design skills and technical knowledge
  • \n

  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (Revit test at interview stage)
  • \n

  • Good understanding of UK, US, or EU permitting and construction processes
  • \n

  • Confident verbal and written communication skills
  • \n

  • Excellent team working and organisational skills with a proactive attitude
  • \n

  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • \n

  • Fluent in written and spoken English (additional advantageous)
  • \n
