As Associate Director you will work closely with the Directors and will play a strategic role in the business, leading project delivery, mentoring engineers, managing client relationships, and helping shape the future growth of the practice.

Requirements:

Chartered (MIStructE or MICE) or with significant relevant experience
Proven experience delivering a range of structural schemes across sectors
Strong leadership skills with a collaborative approach to team and client management
Commercially astute with the ability to contribute to business development and operational strategy
