Job Title: Asset-Backed Lending Asset Management Analyst

Location: New York, NY 10036 (Onsite)

Salary Range: $160000 - $165000/Year + Bonus

Duration: Full-Time Perm Role

Position Summary:

The Brokerage FID Secured Lending group (“FSL”) is seeking an Analyst to join its lending portfolio management platform. In this role, the Analyst will focus on asset-backed lending portfolios providing financing across esoteric assets (digital infrastructure, whole business, etc.) and transportation assets. The FSL portfolio management team is responsible for ongoing portfolio management, risk oversight, monitoring, and reporting to senior management and key constituents including the Credit department, regulators, borrowers, and co-lenders.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse and track borrower servicing reports
• Monitor collateral performance
• Provide oversight of ongoing client requests for funding
• Assist in preparing portfolio reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Assist senior asset managers in handling borrower requests and amendments to facilities
• Conduct market and asset-level research
• Keep track of key industry trends
• Participate in process-improvement projects

Required Background & Skills:

• Excellent data management skills (MS Excel, pivot tables, database management, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail
• Some experience with structured products (ABS, CMBS, RMBS, CLOs, etc.)
• Strong PowerPoint presentation-creation skills
• Clear business writing skills
• Strong communication skills
• 2 to 5+ years of experience, preferably in Banking (fixed income, asset management, or structured products), Rating Agencies, or Accounting Firms
• Business/Accounting/Finance degree from a competitive undergraduate or graduate program
