Overview
We’re seeking Field Technicians to support an asset recovery project focused on removing legacy telecommunications equipment from central offices across the U.S. This team is responsible for end-of-life decommission support—removing racks, frames, and related equipment after sites have been fully shut down.

Pay & Travel

  • $30–$40/hour (based on experience)
  • $80/day reimbursed for each day spent in the field (meals & incidentals)
  • Flights and hotels are booked in advance by the company
  • Travel-heavy role supporting sites primarily in the West, Southwest, and Central U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Remove legacy telecom equipment from central office environments after shutdown/completion
  • Dismantle and remove racks and related hardware safely and efficiently
  • Handle material movement and equipment removal while following safety expectations
  • Work as part of a traveling field team supporting multiple sites and schedules

Qualifications

  • Experience in central office (CO) environments strongly
  • Data center experience is also highly valued
  • Ability to lift 60 lbs
  • Comfortable with frequent travel and working onsite in operational facilities
  • Note: This project is not wireless-focused (candidates with primarily wireless backgrounds may not align)
