Your Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform project management duties for assigned projects including:
    • Directing client communication and coordination
    • Establishing project deliverable information, issuing to team members, tracking deliverables, and providing “day-of-deliverable” support
    • Reviewing deliverables for administrative conformance with Swanson Rink and client standards ensuring project documents are complete, current, and organized
    • Creating and executing project work plans and schedules utilizing Swanson Rink processes and forms, and revising as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
    • Responsible for cost control and budget monitoring and reporting, invoice preparation, review, and reporting, ensuring revision information accuracy of production documents, conversion of Revit and AutoCAD files into production documents
    • Responsible for Open Issue tracking and remediation
  • Manage project processes from set up through construction including:
    • Developing independent contractor agreements and sub-consultant agreements
    • Publishing meeting agendas and meeting minutes
    • Overseeing development of reports for clarity and presentation
    • Providing oversight for RFI and Submittal processes and remediation for overdue issues
  • Provide ownership of Document Control responsibilities including:
    • Compiling and organizing information from project team members, clients and internal staff
    • Performing maintenance and audit of project directories to ensuring compliance with company standards
    • Project setup and maintenance in Newforma and implementing interfaces with client and/or contractor specific project management systems
    • Managing document archiving and retrieval processes
  • Manage project support functions including:
    • Handling certificates of insurance requirements for projects including oversight of sub-consultant insurance
    • Managing client-issued security access and badges
    • Executing, reviewing, and streamlining internal project processes on a company-wide basis with the ability to adjust for project/client specific requirements

Requirements:Your Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
  • Minimum 2 years’ project coordination/management experience, experience in our industries .
  • Requires the ability to pass background checks, security screenings or drug testing as required by our clients and/or Federal contracts.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Salary range of $70,000 - $85,000 and will be based on several factors including experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant.
