Assistant Project Manager - Electrical - Critical Facilities \n\nOur client is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the Project Manager on complex construction and engineering projects, primarily within data centres and critical facilities. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards while building strong relationships with clients and supply chain partners.\n\nThis is a great opportunity to join and established business in the City of London which has achieved consistent year-on-year turnover growth, creating excellent opportunities for career development and progression in building and construction across the wider group.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nSupport delivery of electrical projects from pre-start to completion.\nManage site teams, subcontractors and supply chain.\nEnsure compliance with H&S, CDM, environmental and QA standards.\nDeliver toolbox talks, raise permits and chair subcontractor meetings.\nMaintain programmes, RAMS, site records and H&S documentation.\nOrder materials, issue POs and manage costs/value opportunities.\nEnsure defect-free delivery and high site standards.\nComplete testing documentation and project reporting.About You\n\nIn-depth knowledge of data centres / critical facilities.\nCustomer-facing contractor experience.\nExcellent communication, planning and organisational skills.\nProficient with planning software, SharePoint and MS Office.\nHave relevant electrical qualifications.\nFlexibility to cover weekend working as required.\nMust be happy to travel to surrounding counties.Benefits\n\n24 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays\nPrivate healthcare & dental\nLife insurance\nTraining & development\nCompany pension
