Assistant Project Manager - Electrical Construction

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar software
  • Coordinate with project managers and field teams on labor, materials, and installation sequencing
  • Monitor critical path activities, project milestones, and overall progress
  • Identify schedule risks, constraints, and potential delays, and assist with mitigation strategies
  • Analyze field data to track productivity, schedule variances, and trends
  • Prepare progress reports, look-ahead schedules, and manpower forecasts for project teams and leadership
  • Communicate schedule status, risks, and updates to stakeholders, supporting data-driven decision-making

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of project scheduling experience in construction
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 or similar scheduling software
  • Experience managing large, multi-phase projects; electrical or data center construction
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to influence project outcomes
