What You’ll Do

  • Support project teams with day-to-day coordination and documentation
  • Complete and submit UL inspection forms and required compliance paperwork
  • Track submittals, revisions (R&Rs), and project documentation
  • Assist with preparing and organizing spec sheets and project files
  • Complete and submit safety documentation including AHAs, JHAs, and fall protection plans
  • Attend project launches and support field teams as needed
  • Communicate with customers, GCs, and internal teams to keep projects moving
  • Help ensure projects stay organized, compliant, and on schedule

What You Bring

  • 1+ year of construction experience or strong interest in the construction industry
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Comfortable working with documentation, forms, and project tracking
  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with Procore is a plus)
  • OSHA 10 (, or willingness to obtain)
