Position Overview

We are hiring an Assistant Superintendent to support field operations on active data center projects. This role assists with daily coordination, subcontractor oversight, and maintaining schedule and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily field operations and subcontractor coordination
  • Assist with schedule tracking and look-ahead planning
  • Monitor safety compliance and jobsite organization
  • Conduct site walks and quality control inspections
  • Assist with punch list and closeout processes

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of commercial construction field experience
  • Prior data center construction experience (REQUIRED)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-demand environments
