We're working closely with one of our best clients, a highly respected planning-led multidisciplinary consultancy based in Leeds. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of major development projects, they're looking to expand their Planning Team.

They're looking for professionals who are keen to work on a range of high profile projects, including major commercial schemes, retail developments, industrial, logistics projects, mixed-use developments, regeneration projects, residential schemes, retail, employment, and data centre developments.

THE HEADLINES

\n

Title: Assistant Town Planner

\n

Experience: 6+ months

\n

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 + EOT Bonus + Discretionary Annual Bonus

\n

Location: Central Leeds

\n

Company: Planning-Led Multidisciplinary Consultancy

\n

Hybrid Working: 3 days in office

  • Working towards RTPI Chartership
  • \n

  • Strong UK planning consultancy or development experience
  • \n

  • Experience managing planning applications and client relationships
  • \n

  • Commercially aware with excellent communication skills
  • \n

  • Ambitious and motivated to progress within a growing business
  • \n

  • Experience across commercial, residential, mixed-use, logistics, regeneration or related sectors
  • \n
