Physical Security Integration
OTE ($55k Base + Commission):
Total 1st year: $75k–$90k
Total 2nd year: $100k-$150k
Total 3rd year: $150-250k+

We are building a high-performance sales organization focused on winning complex deals, dominating key verticals, and scaling aggressively.
The Role
We’re hiring for a true hunter. Someone who is not afraid of cold calling and building a book of business.
You will:
- Build your pipeline from scratch
- Own your territory
- Close complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Drive new revenue across high-value verticals

What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle: prospect → discovery → design → close
- Generate and manage a self-sourced pipeline
- Build relationships with owners, GCs, developers, and facility leaders
- Run consultative discovery and position-tailored solutions
- Partner with sales engineering on proposals
- Navigate long, complex sales cycles
- Track pipeline in HubSpot
- Hit or exceed revenue targets
