This organization is delivering some of the industry's most advanced hyperscale and AI-ready data center projects and is seeking an Associate Construction Manager to support large-scale ground-up developments from early planning through commissioning and turnover.

What You'll Be Doing
\n

- Support construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning, turnover, and closeout.
- Assist in managing project schedule, budget, quality, safety, and overall execution.
- Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, commissioning, operations, finance, and commercial teams.
- Build strong relationships with general contractors, trade partners, consultants, equipment vendors, and AHJs.
- Support contract administration, change management, cost forecasting, and project reporting.
- Monitor project progress to ensure schedule, quality, and budget objectives are achieved.
- Participate in owner meetings and cross-functional coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
- Help drive continuous improvement initiatives and construction management best practices.

What We're Looking For
\n

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 2+ years of commercial construction, mission-critical, or large-scale infrastructure project experience.
- Data center experience is highly .
- Understanding of construction project delivery methods and contract administration.
- Ability to review drawings, specifications, schedules, and other construction documentation.
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary project teams.
