Client: Leading International Cost Consultancy

Location: Frankfurt, Germany

Salary: €140,000 - €160,000 + competitive package + Hybrid working

Our client is a globally recognized Cost & Project Management Consultancy, renowned for delivering innovative solutions and exceptional results across a diverse range of sectors.

With a reputation for excellence, they are establishing a new office in Frankfurt and are seeking a dynamic Associate Director to lead this exciting venture.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to spearhead our clients new Frankfurt office. This role involves leading high-profile projects, with a focus on Data Centres, Pharmaceutical, or Large-Scale Industrial projects. The successful candidate will be client-facing, managing key stakeholder relationships, and overseeing contract administration.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading project delivery, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.
  • Managing Mechanical, Electrical, or CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) aspects of projects.
  • Overseeing contract administration and ensuring compliance with project requirements.
  • Building and maintaining strong internal and external relationships to drive success.
  • Establishing and leading the Frankfurt office, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Third Level Qualification in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Associate Director, Senior Quantity Surveyor, Cost Manager, or Professional Quantity Surveyor (PQS).
  • Professional-level proficiency in German (written and spoken).
  • Strong background in a large contractor or cost consultancy, ideally within Data Centres, Pharmaceutical, or Large-Scale Industrial projects.
  • Extensive experience in client-facing roles and contract administration.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver projects from inception to completion.
  • Experience with Mechanical, Electrical, or CSA project components is highly desirable.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Capability to take immediate leadership of the Frankfurt office and drive its success.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary circa €140,000 - €160,000
