Associate Director - MEP Quantity Surveyor

An established international construction consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Associate Director in its London MEP cost management team.\n\n This is a senior leadership opportunity for an ambitious MEP cost professional to be a #2 to the Director and play a key role in delivering complex, high-value projects across sectors including Commercial, Healthcare & Residential.\n\nYou will take ownership of client relationships, lead project delivery teams and help drive the continued growth of the MEP cost management division in London.\n\n The Role: \nLead MEP cost management services across major projects from inception through to completion \nManage and develop client relationships with developers, investors and end users \nOversee procurement, contract administration and commercial reporting \nProvide strategic commercial advice to clients and internal stakeholders \nMentor and manage junior surveyors and support team development \nSupport business development activities and contribute to winning new work \nWork closely with wider project management and cost management teams across the business Requirements \nProven experience operating at Associate Director level within a consultancy environment \nStrong MEP quantity surveying/cost management background \nExperience delivering large-scale projects within sectors such as data centres, commercial, life sciences, industrial or infrastructure \nStrong knowledge of NEC and/or JCT contracts \nMRICS qualified This role will pay a salary up to £100k (depending on experience) plus bonus, private healthcare, 26 days holiday and other benefits
