Job Title: Associate Director – Specialised & Project Finance (Structured Finance)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join a leading investment bank within its Structured Finance and Project Finance team. The role focuses on debt finance origination and structuring across the fast-growing digital infrastructure sector, with a particular emphasis on data centres.

You will play a key role in originating and executing complex financing solutions for large-scale infrastructure and technology-enabled assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Originate and structure debt financing solutions across digital infrastructure (data centres, connectivity, and related assets)
• Lead execution of project finance and structured finance transactions
• Develop and maintain relationships with sponsors, developers, infrastructure funds, and lenders
• Lead financial modelling, credit analysis, and transaction structuring
• Oversee deal execution from origination through to financial close
• Prepare credit papers, investment materials, and client presentations
• Monitor market trends across digital infrastructure and project finance markets

Essential

• Significant experience in project finance, structured finance, or infrastructure banking
• Strong track record in debt origination and transaction execution
• Deep understanding of infrastructure or digital infrastructure sectors (data centres )
• Excellent financial modelling and credit structuring skills

Desirable

• Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead transactions
• Strong commercial acumen and leadership capability
