A leading tier 1 MEP subcontractor is seeking an experienced Associate Mechanical Engineer to join their expanding design team. With over 700 employees and ambitious growth plans to reach 1,000 by 2028, this well-established company recently achieved £350 million turnover and is targeting £500 million in the coming years.

The Role

This is a pivotal leadership position where you'll shape the mechanical engineering department. Working within a tight-knit design team of 21 members, you'll need the technical expertise and leadership experience to manage effectively, provide strategic direction, and optimize resource utilization.
