Role Responsibilities
- Champion value for money by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and maximise client outcomes.
- Lead projects with precision and accountability, ensuring delivery aligns with best practice and agreed objectives.
- Drive the successful completion of complex, high-value projects—building lasting client relationships through exceptional results.
- Support business growth by contributing to compelling proposals and standout responses to RFPs.
- Represent the consultancy confidently in client meetings and interviews, helping to secure new opportunities.
- Uphold the highest standards of Environmental, Health, Safety, Security, and Quality compliance—embedding excellence in every project you touch.
Professional Skills
- Strong experience preparing RIBA stage reports, from feasibility through to completion and post-handover.
- Skilled in developing and managing detailed project programmes.
- Experienced in leading project meetings, taking minutes, and driving actions forward.
- Confident in preparing progress reports and presenting updates at monthly client meetings.
- Familiar with preparing and administering contract documentation.
- Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary project teams and manage stakeholder engagement.
- Working knowledge of building contracts and contract administration processes.
Experience
We’re looking for someone with solid, hands-on experience managing complex projects from inception to delivery, ideally including:
- Mission critical environments (data centres, secure facilities, technology-led projects).
- High-end commercial developments and corporate fit-outs.
- Administration of NEC and JCT contracts.
- Experience working under framework agreements (advantageous).
- Strong commercial acumen and a track record of developing new opportunities with existing and new clients.
