Associate Quantity Surveyor

A professional Quantity Surveying consultancy are seeking a presentable Associate Quantity Surveyor, with Director ambitions, to join their collaborative office in North London.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will remain hands-on with projects, working on some large scale data centre and infrastructure projects, with some of their more traditional work (student accommodation, mixed-use, and residential) thrown in.

As well as being involved in the project life cycle, the new Associate Quantity Surveyor will also work with the Quantity Surveying Director to lead a small QS team, become a key client contact, and influence the direction of the business/QS division.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

MRICS or working towards
Data Centre or Infrastructure project experience would be useful
Strong pre and post contract experience
Worked within a PQS / Consultancy practice in the UK
Client facing and good management skillsIn Return?

£80,000 - £90,000
