Banking Associate / Senior Associate – Transactional Finance

A leading international law firm is looking to expand its transactional banking team with two new hires: an Associate (2–3 PQE) and a Senior Associate (4+ PQE). These roles offer the chance to work on high-profile, cross-border finance matters for a diverse client base that includes banks, sponsors, corporates, asset managers, and governments.

The team advises on a broad range of transactions, including acquisition finance, leveraged finance, investment-grade loans, asset-backed and receivables financings, and general corporate treasury matters. There’s also growing activity in specialist areas such as data centre finance and event-driven financings.
