We're working with a VIP client looking to hire an Associate Town Planner to join their Industrial & Commercial Planning team in based in a buzzy Central London office!

This is a great opportunity to work on a range of high-profile projects without the expectation of going out and winning your own work! There is a hot desk ready to walk in to from day 1, including industrial and logistics projects, as well as commercial and some residential, including one of Europe’s largest data centre developments, within an award-winning planning-led multidisciplinary consultancy.

THE HEADLINES:

Title: Associate Town Planner

Experience: 6+ Years

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 (DOE) + Strong Bonus & Benefits

Location: Central London

Hybrid: Flexible working

WHO THEY’RE LOOKING FOR:

• 6+ years UK Town Planning experience
• A background working on industrial, logistics, commercial or mixed-use projects in the UK
• Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute
• Experience managing projects and clients
• Strong communication and commercial awareness
