Compensation Range: $75-85/hr on W2 ONLY! (no c2c or sponsorship)

Job Description:
Lead the design and implementation of Azure cloud infrastructure in a hybrid IT environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Design and build Azure-based cloud infrastructure solutions

• Migrate legacy systems to Azure cloud

• Act as technical lead for network and security architecture

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align cloud strategy

• Develop clear documentation and present to stakeholders

• Support hybrid cloud integration and modernization efforts

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:

  • 5 years of cloud architecture/engineering experience

  • Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure infrastructure

  • Strong background in network and security design

  • Hands-on skills with Azure implementation (70% engineering, 30% architecture)

  • Experience with legacy data center and subscription migrations

  • Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Nice-to-Haves:

  • Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect certification

  • Experience with containerization, serverless architecture, and hybrid environments

  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, Bicep)

  • Knowledge of enterprise cloud cost optimization
