Freelance Bauleiter – Large-Scale Data Center Project | Frankfurt

We are supporting a large-scale data center construction project in Frankfurt and are looking to appoint an experienced Freelance Bauleiter to strengthen the on-site delivery team.

This is a long-term assignment on a technically complex, high-value build, offering strong continuity and competitive remuneration for the right candidate.

• Duration: 12 months (extension possible)
• Rate: Competitive, based on experience

Role Overview

As Bauleiter, you will be responsible for the coordination and supervision of on-site construction activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards. You will act as a key interface between subcontractors, project management, and client representatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day construction activities on site
• Coordinate subcontractors and trades across multiple work fronts
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and project schedules
• Monitor progress and resolve site-related issues
• Support commissioning and handover activities

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bauleiter / Site Manager on complex construction projects
• Demonstrable data center project experience is required
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Comfortable working in international project teams
• Eligible to work freelance in Germany
