As a Bid Coordinator, you will play a key role in shaping winning proposals and presentations for high-profile projects across aviation, workplace interiors, and data centres.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and produce RFQ/P responses, interview presentations, and award submissions.
  • Lead kickoff meetings with project teams to define pursuit strategies.
  • Develop compelling visual and written content aligned with brand standards.
  • Manage deadlines effectively, ensuring smooth communication with stakeholders.
  • Maintain CRM data, digital asset libraries, and marketing resources.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners across multiple time zones.

Skills & Experience:

  • 2–4 years in marketing and bid coordination within an architecture or design practice
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign essential) and PowerPoint
  • Strong eye for design, layout, and visual storytelling
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong communication abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
