As a Bid Coordinator, you will play a key role in shaping winning proposals and presentations for high-profile projects across aviation, workplace interiors, and data centres.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and produce RFQ/P responses, interview presentations, and award submissions.
- Lead kickoff meetings with project teams to define pursuit strategies.
- Develop compelling visual and written content aligned with brand standards.
- Manage deadlines effectively, ensuring smooth communication with stakeholders.
- Maintain CRM data, digital asset libraries, and marketing resources.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners across multiple time zones.
Skills & Experience:
- 2–4 years in marketing and bid coordination within an architecture or design practice
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign essential) and PowerPoint
- Strong eye for design, layout, and visual storytelling
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong communication abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
