Bid Manager – High-Tech & Mission-Critical Construction
Location: Wiltshire | Hybrid (2 days in the office)
Salary: Up to £80,000 + package
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
We’re working with a growing construction and engineering contractor delivering complex projects across highly regulated sectors including data centres, pharmaceutical, defence, and energy. They are looking to appoint an experienced Bid Manager to lead contractor proposals and play a key role in securing major project wins.
This Bid Manager role offers real ownership of the work-winning process and the opportunity to work on technically demanding schemes where quality, compliance, and clarity are critical.

What You’ll Be Doing
As Bid Manager, you will:
- Manage PQQs, tenders, and contractor proposals end-to-end
- Technically write high-quality contractor responses
- Coordinate input from construction, commercial, planning, and design teams
- Produce polished, professional bid and presentation documents
- Support client presentations and bid-stage meetings
