About the Role

NSC Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Safety & Workforce Coordinator to support large-scale workforce mobilization across the United States. This role is ideal for someone early in their career with a few years of experience in construction, safety, or workforce coordination who is looking to grow in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

You will play a critical role in coordinating and supporting groups of workers traveling from Puerto Rico to job sites nationwide, ensuring a smooth transition from arrival to job site while maintaining a strong focus on safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics for groups of employees traveling to job sites across the U.S.
  • Meet incoming workers at airports and assist with transportation, rental cars, and hotel accommodations
  • Serve as a bilingual (English/Spanish) point of contact for workforce communication and support
  • Assist with onboarding and of new employees
  • Conduct job site visits to ensure safety standards are being followed
  • Support and reinforce OSHA and site-specific safety protocols
  • Distribute and ensure proper use of PPE
  • Participate in and help lead safety meetings, toolbox talks, and daily briefings
  • Work closely with site leadership and safety teams to address any issues or concerns
  • Help foster a positive, safety-first culture among employees

Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
  • 2–5 years of experience in construction, safety, or workforce coordination
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently (up to one week at a time)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, field-based environments
  • Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the fly

Qualifications

  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification (strongly )
  • Experience in construction safety or job site coordination
  • Familiarity with data centers, large construction projects, or industrial environments
  • Experience conducting safety meetings or trainings
