BIM Coordinator – Data Centres
Location: UK / Europe
Sector: Data Centres / Mission Critical
Salary: £65,000–£75,000 + Accommodation + Rotation + £160 tax-free weekly living allowance
Employment Type: Permanent

We are currently looking to speak with experienced BIM Coordinators to work on major data centre and mission-critical construction projects.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a major project team delivering large-scale, technically complex data centre developments.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate BIM activities across the project

* Coordinate MEP, CSA, structural and architectural models

* Carry out clash detection and resolution using Navisworks

* Manage model coordination and information exchange

* Attend and lead BIM coordination meetings

* Work closely with design, engineering and construction teams

* Review drawings, models and technical information

* Coordinate subcontractor and consultant models

* Ensure BIM standards and project requirements are maintained

* Support the BIM Manager / Digital Construction Manager

* Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans and project standards

* Maintain accurate project information and documentation

Requirements:

* Previous experience as a BIM Coordinator

* Strong experience with Revit and Navisworks

* MEP / CSA / Structural coordination experience

* Data centre or mission-critical experience highly desirable

* Experience coordinating multiple disciplines

* Strong understanding of BIM processes and workflows

* Good communication and problem-solving skills

* Ability to work within a fast-paced construction environment
