Job Description
The Resolute Group is working in partnership with a Planning and Consultancy Company who are looking to expand their BIM Team in Frankfurt focusing on the Design phases of Data Centre projects.
Day-to-day duties could include:
- Supporting the development and implementation of BIM Execution Plans and project-specific BIM strategies
- Coordinating model setup and ensuring adherence to BIM standards and company protocols
- Creating, managing and maintaining 3D models across architectural, structural and MEP disciplines
- Collaborating closely with project teams to ensure seamless model integration and clash detection
- Assisting with the preparation of project documentation, drawings, and visualisations
- Supporting BIM Managers and Design Teams in maintaining quality and consistency across deliverables
Requirements for the role:
- Degree in Architecture, Construction or related field
- Several years professional experience as a BIM Coordinator or BIM Technician within a design or engineering environment
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations
- German and English business fluent – written and spoken
