Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in a CAD, 3D, or BIM engineering role within engineering, construction, data-centre, or power- environments.
  • Strong proficiency in CAD and Revit, with experience using BIM coordination and clash-detection tools such as Navisworks.
  • Solid understanding of BIM principles, information management, and governance aligned with ISO 19650.
  • Experience delivering models to defined Levels of Detail (LOD) and Levels of Information (LOI).
  • Demonstrated experience producing coordinated models for generator enclosures, data-centre layouts, and balance-of-plant systems.
  • Ability to manage multidisciplinary interfaces while maintaining model integrity under programme pressure.
  • Experience supporting construction, installation, and digital handover deliverables.
  • Strong organisational skills with a structured, quality-driven approach.
  • Clear and confident communicator, able to challenge inputs and uphold digital design standards.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, working collaboratively with engineering, project, and site teams.
