Job Description

Momi recruits for one of its partner clients, a major U.S. MEP contractor with a fast-growing data center portfolio: a BIM / VDC Coordinator for a consulting assignment in Houston.

The mission

Develop and coordinate accurate 3D MEP models to reduce field conflicts on large, schedule-intensive projects, including data centers and modular builds.

Responsibilities

- Build and maintain 3D BIM/VDC models for mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems

- Run clash detection and resolve conflicts before the field

- Coordinate with engineers, designers, fabrication and field teams

- Produce fabrication and installation drawings

- Support data center, modular and building automation workflows

Profile

- 3+ years in 3D modeling of MEP systems (mechanical or plumbing)

- Strong grasp of construction coordination workflows

- Detail-oriented and collaborative

Skills & tools: Revit, AutoCAD, CADMEP, Navisworks, clash detection

Location: Houston, TX and project sites (on-site/hybrid)

Duration: 2 months to 1 year, renewable
