Job Summary

A leading innovator in Digital Delivery and BIM transformation is seeking a Managing Engineering Consultant - BIM to lead BIM implementation and coordination across major Data Center projects. This role will drive model integration, digital twin delivery, and ensure data consistency from design through construction for global projects.

The Ideal Candidate

You’re an experienced BIM professional who understands how digital processes transform MEP project delivery. You lead by example ,setting up model governance, ensuring interoperability, and driving collaboration across disciplines. You take pride in improving coordination workflows, enforcing standards, and facilitating seamless data exchange between design and construction teams.

Experience & Skills Required

• 8-12 years of experience in BIM coordination, management, or digital delivery, preferably within MEP or Data Center environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 / ACC, with the ability to lead teams, troubleshoot model issues, and maintain data integrity.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, construction sequencing, and coordination workflows between design and site delivery.
• Proven leadership in managing BIM teams, establishing model governance, and delivering federated models for multidisciplinary projects.
• Working knowledge of ISO 19650 standards and hands-on experience implementing structured information management processes.
• Ability to analyze BIM data to support project decisions, reporting, and digital performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — capable of translating technical concepts into actionable insights.
• Innovative mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and interest in emerging technologies such as digital twins and data analytics.
