About the Role
We are looking for a skilled BIM Modeler to join our design engineering team. In this role, you will help develop detailed 3D models that fit seamlessly on site and support the evolution of our products to meet industry demands. You will play a critical role in ensuring our designs are accurate, coordinated, and ready for construction.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain detailed 3D models using Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Interpret architectural and engineering plans to create integrated building system models.
- Perform clash detection and resolve spatial conflicts among structural, architectural, and MEP components.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure model accuracy and feasibility.
- Generate construction documents, material takeoffs, and fabrication drawings derived from BIM data.
- Maintain documentation standards, version control, and file organization protocols.
- Assist in implementing BIM execution plans and company-wide modeling standards.
- Update models based on project revisions, field data, or redline markups.
- Support quality control efforts and actively participate in design coordination meetings.

What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- BIM Certification is required.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience with BIM coordination and modeling.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Strong understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP systems integration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
